The Corona-virus is ahead of me. Why not focus on the present? And change how I feel right now? It is through diving into the present moment we are able to create change. Not by being shameful about our past of fantasizing about the future. Even though we are able to move our energy both back in time and ahead of us, your life is solely made up of just this present moment. Right HERE AND NOW. Linear time is a manmade 3D construct. The past and future are illusions.
To overcome our anxieties and worries, we therefore need to train our minds stronger than our emotions. And to learn how to use it. The mind is a tool. The question is, are you using the tool or is the tool using you? Deep inner peace is the new success. I have gone through the transformation and a lot of others have done it too. If we can do it, so can you. It all boils down to how bad you want it. Instead of focusing on challenges, look for the solutions. Zoom out and see yourself and your life from a bird's perspective. Take a deep breath. Look at your alternatives. Breathe, and continue looking at yourself from an objective perspective. Say to yourself, this too shall pass. It is just a temporary situation.
You are stronger than you would ever imagine. Ultimately, you are a creator. Something as easy as asking yourself the question: If I were 100 times more confident, what would I do? Bring the feeling into your body. Integrate the 100 times more confident-state. Would you ever feel sorry for yourself, and wait for better times when being in that state? NO. You would change in an instant. That's how powerful your mind is. That's how powerful YOU are! Don't you ever forget that. You are the hero of your own life. You are one decision away from a totally different life.
Look at yourself and your life from a bird's perspective. Find the solution on the map, and take the appropriate action to change your life for the better. Stay committed and don't loose sight of your solution until you reach it. Single pointed focus on your dream combined with inspired action is what will get you there. No matter how big your challenge in life is, go for it. What is keeping you stuck is sitting on your "but". Remember: THIS MOMENT. Is all there is. You need to take action NOW. Do not delay it until the future, as the future does not exist. It is just an illusion. Wake up and change your life. Good luck

I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. Thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

I love her. Staying present is key to lowering stress! Moving your body makes you get present. All plays together. After my son died and 2 failed businesses and 100k in debt and divorce I went through massive stress and lived with chronic pain. Took a decade to realize my physical pain was a manifestation of internal pain. If we don’t let our internal pains move through us they will find a way to get seen in physical pain. 💖

hang in there! Something that has helped me a lot when I am feeling super down and depressed is to think of 3 things I am grateful for. I think I just mentioned this in a video I made recently, but some days it's just my bed that I am grateful for or my pajamas. Other days, I go beyond the 3 things. Focusing on those things helps start shifting your mood.

Absolutely!! And it’s amazing how much push-back you get when you state this simple truth in groups. People insist that what works for them will work for you. Even when you’ve already proven this untrue by your own experimentation, it’s insane how others will insist that “one size fits all”. So I’ve just stopped talking to unreceptive people and stay busy working on myself, getting closer to living my own truth.

Love listening to her talk, and I resonate with so much of it. The one thing I didn't feel good about was her saying the body gets "revenge." Uh, no, I don't agree with that. I've come to love and respect my body due to the realization that it does everything it possibly can to protect/save us (aside from the fact that the human body is just totally phenomenal). It would do nothing to knowingly or intentionally harm us. It works with what we provide it, even with all those crap foods and lack of exercise (etc), it keeps chugging along. Even the big "c" is its last ditch effort to save us. If we start thinking in terms of the body being in any way against us, that will make self-love (and motivation for self-care) even more challenging. I think of my body as both a child and a guardian. Nurture one and you'll strengthen/protect the other. (edit) Oops, in watching the rest of this, uh, no, I must say, I totally don't agree with all that "do all the stuff (injecting toxins into your face and all that). WTF, that part is insane, and not at all about real happiness or self-value. It's about still holding onto the dinosaur-y idea that our youthfulness is where our value is, and best please the men folk in that regard if we wanna feel valuable/powerful. She needs to do a lot more meditation on that one, heh.

Great talk! One thing Dr. KA, kindly refrain from saying "woo woo." If you believe in source, God, the universe, the divine, a higher power & the mind/body/spirit-soul connection to it then fully stand behind your belief then try not to call it "woo woo" ;)

What Kellyann says about stress and more specifically about resetting your mind and talking about the things you want as if they're already there and have already happened is incredibly powerful. It aligns DIRECTLY with Dr. Joe Dispenza's claims in his book "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself". Seeing multiple "specialists" talking about this point and how the mind connects to the body through the belief of positive thought vs the simple repetition of positive thought cements in my mind that it's valid and true. I love this episode. Thanks, Tom! Another home-run interview.

This is the first video that I've ever disliked from Tom.
I didn't really get anything of value from this interview. She speaks in gross generalities and mentions a lot of generally undefined and obscure or subjective terms.
I'm sure she's really nice, and I don't doubt that there are things that she can do to help people, but I'm far too analytical to pull much from this. It's very woowoo, and even in areas where I agree with her, I can't get very far because she's NOT specific about anything.
Something didn't seem right about her when she said that she was a doctor or medical professional. I looked it up, and she's a Naturopathic Doctor (ND), which is not a medical doctor. That made a lot of sense. She does not practice evidence-based medicine, and while I think that there are PLENTY of issues with our medical and health system, I can't get on board with a lot of what she's saying. Tom has to keep asking her to define these terms she's using because she's adopted her own terminology, but then she uses more not commonly defined terms.
So to be clear, she may help her clients tons, but I didn't really find any takeaway that didn't largely rely upon MY OWN interpretation of her words. There wasn't much concrete info here :-/

  • @CynthiaMidori

I totally disagree with Dr Kellyan: I do have much more fibre intake whenever I'm on Keto that not been on a Keto diet. Simply because I do choose to eat much more green leaves (kale, spinach, lettuce, rockets.. u name it) on a daily basis. My total daily carb intake is 25-30g when I'm in keto, and that's exactly why I choose wisely my carb intake by eating more salad.
